ARTISTS

“In her work Hofshi explores the position of the individual within the context of the community and the environment: her works are highly political and socially aware without being dogmatic, touching on universal issues through the particular. She is an extremely accomplished artist who uses a range of techniques (woodcut, drawing, watercolour, monotype) on various surfaces to create expressive, sensitive, and exciting vistas and scenarios”.
